Tutaki puts your data security at the core of everything we do. The data stored with Tutaki is private, with each user given a dedicated secure storage instance and AI model.
To maintain strict data security:
• Tutaki never uses any data provided by users to train LLM models.
• Data is never accessible to users from different companies.
• Data is never shared with 3rd parties.
• Documents are never stored without specific instructions from the user.
• Users can permanently delete documents at any time.
• Each company has its own dedicated AI assistant.
• All media data provided during meetings (e.g. file shared, transcript and etc.) is discarded as soon as the meeting is finished.
• Tutaki does not take any notes during a conversation or meeting unless user provides instructions to the AI assistant.
No, your data is not used in the training of any AI model. Tutaki is a private company and your data is not available to any AI platforms such as Copilot or Gemini. We only search documents then use AI models to surface search results, data is not used in training or stored.
No, only you can see the questions you ask. Additionally, Tutaki never records any conversational data. Questions asked by users and answers provided by the AI assistant are only persisted in memory during the conversation and discarded after the conversation ends.
Documents can be uploaded via email and the Insights Portal.
To upload via email simply email your documents to your dedicated company Tutaki email - example@tutaki.com - and write "store document". Documents uploaded via email will be usable while the conversation is active. If there is 20-mins of idle time, the document will be removed.
To upload via the Insights Portal, navigate to the "Document Center" and click the green "Upload" in the top right of your screen. Documents can be permanently deleted at any point by clicking on the three dots next to each document.
For the Insights Portal, users can be added by contacting our team. A new instance will be created for each user so there is no conversation visibility (unless desired).
For email, you can simply CC key personnel and they will be able to engage directly without a user account.
